On Saturday 12th March 2011 , GFLF members with their friends and families took out the Shri Jaya Lakshmi Children’s Homes to Trincity Mall.

The children were elated when each was given $50 in his/her hand to buy what they felt like eating from the upstairs food court .

They were later treated with goodies and were also given the privilege to enjoy some games at the “games world”.

The aim of GFLF was simply

*to build self esteem in the hearts of the little children
*to take them to a different environment ( since children tend to feel stifled at the Homes)
*to put smiles on their little faces
