Many needy  children have  sadly voiced to GFLF members,

“we are remembered by the majority of  general public for Christmas ,but what happens all during the next year ?

We are totally forgotten until a major occasion comes up again ! We need to feel loved ,cared for by you all and remembered all during the year …not just Christmas time.We want to see you more often .”

It is in keeping  the above statement in mind  that some volunteer teachers and other professionals from the organisation  donate a little time daily  when their schedule permits to  get sponsors for meals and snacks  for underprivileged children.This is used for the children when   GFLF  takes them out on Outdoor Activities and Educational Tours  for the entire day.

The objective of  these exercises is to assist in  building  self esteem in the  hearts of the children and in developing social interaction skills.

These projects  can be very costly since transportation alone for the  children is a big cost.

The public is requested  to keep in touch with the Foundation  and volunteers are invited to come along on these trips and assist even by giving moral support .
