Minister of Works and Infrastructure, Mr Jack Warner, in his feature address at the Charity Dinner reflected on his own childhood saying that if during his difficult time as a child, there were more Foundations like GFLF there would have been more Jack Warners in the world.

Warner pledged to help GFLF in their efforts and asked a favour in return,”I ask you to make the children understand that in this world they have to struggle..I want you to make them understand that they must never take anything for granted …that there is no substitute for hard work.”

Mr Jack Warner spoke at the Gift For life Foundation( GFLF) Annual Charity Dinner and concert which was held at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya on Sunday 13th Nov 2011.
