Gift For Life Foundation continues to meet the immediate needs of the underprivileged children and citizens in our nation. With many of Gift For Life strong supporters, they were able to extend their assistance towards the flood victims.
It was a great sacrifice to start the days from 8a.m – 7pm as the Gift For Life Foundation journeyed their way from Chaguanas to St. Helena, Penal and Barrackpore. Flood victims were given assistance from Saturday 24th June- Friday 30th June 2017.
Maneeka Gokool, a COSTAATT lecturer and one of the Public Relation Officers of The Gift For Life Foundation said ,’ We toiled all day tired and hungry, yet so happy. Tears filled my eyes as the blankets, hampers, clothes ,buckets and brooms were given out. I wish I can give more….”
An old man from Barrackpore village cried out and said,”Please come back, we need so much help.” The Gift For Life Foundation continues to make huge sacrifices, away from their loved ones, to help the underprivileged. When it comes to children and needy citizens, the foundation indeed goes the extra mile.
Again, the Gift For Life Foundation continues to help the flood victims, giving them mattresses and household items.
